Finding a sealed vintage Sunbeam processor is a collector's dream. Unboxing it felt like stepping back in time. The almond color and retro design are beautiful. However, once I used it, I realized it's a product of its era: the 2-speed motor is noisy, and the plastic feels brittle from age. The safety lock is a nice touch. At $150, you're paying for new-old-stock rarity, not modern performance. Works fine for basic chopping, but don't expect the power of a modern Cuisinart.
