About this product
This vintage Cuisinart Little Pro Plus food processor is a compact 8-cup model with two speeds and a pulse function. Made of glossy beige plastic, it includes a motor base, lid, and S-blade. Tested and working well, it's ideal for chopping fruits, nuts, and vegetables.
Our take
I found this vintage Cuisinart Little Pro, and it's a charming little machine. The 8-cup capacity is decent for its size, and the two speeds plus pulse give good control. It chops herbs and nuts nicely. The plastic body is retro but feels sturdy enough. Clean-up is manageable—most parts are easy to rinse. However, it's an older model with only one blade, so no slicing/shredding discs. At $59, it's pricier than new budget processors, but for a Cuisinart classic, it's a fun collectible that still works great.
